Before registration, you need to decide on the business type. Common types include:

Submit your completed documents to the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) where your company is based. You may submit in person or via the DPI’s online portal.
If your documents are valid, the DPI will issue a Business Registration Certificate within 5–7 working days.
After receiving your certificate, have your company seal made. This seal will be used on all official and legal documents.
Register for taxes at the local Tax Department to receive your tax code. Monthly or quarterly tax declarations are required.
A business bank account is required for transactions. You’ll need the registration certificate and company seal to open one.
